Important Facts about GailDesign Hand-painted Sinks:
Order securely online and pay with a credit card. PayPal is the safest, most trusted credit card payment processor on the internet and you do not have to be a member of PayPal, or log into a PayPal account, to place your order. Important: Depending on your browser's security configuration, some browsers may display security pop up windows while ordering. If you prefer to place your order by phone, call 772-519-0678, Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST.
 Gail Design is enviro-friendly! My porcelain enameling process uses a curing method that helps conserve precious energy. The process, though time-consuming and labor-intensive for the artist, produces a beautiful work of porcelain art that is tough, durable, and easy to clean with non-abrasive cleaners.
No decals or stencils are ever used in the artwork! Each and every sink is unique and one-of-a-kind. If you need two sinks, the designs can be mirrored (flipped) for a real custom designed look.
You can select from five sink styles when ordering.. One is sure to fit your vanity or counter top. Select 4-inch or 8-inch faucet hole spacing when ordering the drop-in sinks. Your sink is a work of art! It will be custom-painted just for you. You can usually get delivery within 15 to 20 business days but during busy seasons (summer and fall) it could take a bit longer, so please don't rush the artist. My goal as an artist is to provide you with an exquisite piece of porcelain art for your home.
Shipping and refund/replacement facts: Gail Design has partnered with UPS to provide safe and speedy shipping no matter where you live in the USA. Each sink is packed with exceptional care and materials (we often get compliments!) and breakage is extremely rare--only one sink has arrived broken within the past two years and that was due to a UPS vehicle accident. In the unlikely event that your sink does get damaged, your order will be given top priority and another sink will be painted and shipped to you immediately, or you can request an immediate refund. Other than damage, no refunds or replacements can be given due to the fact that each sink is custom painted.
California residents: Regrettably, I do not ship to California. California's high sales taxes and complex tax laws make it difficult to do business as an artisan and small business owner. Any orders going to California will be cancelled and the payment refunded.
